Called late Monday, left message. They called early Tuesday to schedule. Installed early Wednesday. Good Liftmaster product, good warranty, professional install, excellent service!

They came the very next week and had the door in stock!!! Other companies took that long to do a quote. John's team was quick and efficient. The framing was quality work and completed in one day. Quality is worth it!

All i have to say is that Mr. Keith is very professional and a very dedicated to his work. He installed, serviced and offered a lot of advice to keep our new garage opener and motor/belts in operational working condition. This company is extremely responsive. The owner, John, was able to schedule our job immediately and his pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I received. Keith, the technician was extremely helpful. He fixed the broken spring problem so we could at least get a car out of the garage after having it trapped for many days. Without charging for 2 service calls, he came back after receiving approvals from our insrance comapany to go forward witht the rest of the repairs. Keith also made adjustments to our rails and spring holder. Opening and closing our garage door has never been so easy and quiet thanks to Takase Doors and Service. Our end of the island is usually the last to get service from vendors. We were able to get service by 10 am each time....no waiting around all day!

I needed to have my garage door fixed ASAP, the recommended company couldn't make a service call for a week . . . unacceptable. Got a recommendation to try Takase, a neighbor had used them. John got a tech to come out that morning, did a temporary fix so I could use my car again and had Keith return the following morning to replace the spring, drum & cable. Quick response, customer service oriented & easy to do business with.

I had a problem with my garage door, Keith from Takase Doors & Service came out and told me exactly what the problem was. He was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem in an hour and ten minutes. He is Customer Service at it's best!!! I have been in the service industry for many years, without a doubt, Keith is far and above what Customer Service shoud be!! He really cared about what I had to say concerning my problem and proceeded to fix it, without delay. That is what Customer Service is. Right on Keith, for being the person that you are!! I will highly reccomend Keith to anyone who has a problem with their garage door!!

I've used Takase over the years and they've never let me down. I called this morning at 8:30 for a broken coil and they came out by lunch time. Fast, polite service with free advice for helping me maintain the door. Thanks!

Keith came as scheduled to do maintenance on my garage door as well as to change the battery on the motor. Gave excellent service and advice as well as making adjustment on job done by another service worker. All this was done in a professional manner and also showed pride in his workmanship. My garage door would not operate and I called Takase Doors & Service and was given a time to repair between 12:00 & 3:00 pm

On 7/11/12 at 12:15pm the next day Keith of Takase Doors checked and replaced the belt. He was very professional and informative as to maintaining the system.

My garage door spring broke on the 4th of July. Decided to leave a message with Takase Garage Door. To my amazement John answered and understood the problem. Even though it was a holiday the repair was made later on in the day.



Technician (Keith) did an exemplary job in completing repairs efficiently. Also gave helpful hints to maintain the garage door.

This is our 4th service/maintenance appt with Takase Doors & Service - and we will remain committed clients. TD&S has without fail provided quick, prompt service. Once the overhead garage opener died and the following day the unit was replaced...wonderful for short notice. The recent maintenace service call was completed within 24 hours of calling TD&S. The appt was set for between 10 am and 12 noon. We received a phone call from service/sales technician, Keith, at 9:00 am who said he would be here in 15 minutes. Keith arrived and performed the necessary adjustment and service and was done in no time. He was efficient, knowledgeable and advised us of maintenance that we could do ourselfs. We are very pleased with the prompt and efficient service from Keith of Takase Doors.

Great service. There was a mix up in times and I missed installer, Keith came back later in the day. Friendly, quick install, door works great.

Keith has provided oustanding service, quality work and responded quickly to calls. As the Resident Manager for Hokuloa I've referred other owners to call Takase Doors & Service, LLC....for service and /or to purchase their garage doors, they can't go wrong...

I've used Takase Doors and Service for the past few years to maintain my garage door. recently my clickers did not work and I called and Keith responded very quickly. He even reprogram my old clickers and the automatic clicker in my van. did not know the van had this capability. great service!

My garage door was installed in 2004 by Takase Doors. I've had a couple of maintenance calls since and have always had quick, prompt service. In fact, I called early this morning before 7:30 am because a problem that occured last evening due to our negligence. John (Takase) answered the phone and said that someone would come out between 10 am and 12 noon. Received a phone call from service/sales technician, Keith, at 8:30 am who said he would be here in 10 minutes. Keith arrived and performed the necessary adjustment and service and was done in no time. He was quite efficient and knowledgeable and advised me of maintenance that I could do to prolong the life of my system. Thus far, I've had prompt and efficient service from John and Keith of Takase Doors.

Do not use this company. Installers are not competent!! We've had so many problems. Owner John Takase does not check workers' job, difficult to work with. Installs wrong & charges you to fix his mistakes. Won't refund your money, doesn't return phone calls and won't even come out to look at his workers mistakes. Mistake we made was trusting him to do the job right and paying him COD was stupid because he'll keep your money and never repair door or install it right. He'll make it worst and damage your walls and ceilings. Worst experience we ever had with a company!!! Don't use this company there are lots of other competent professional people who are easier and more honest than this guy!
