harry's appliance service

repairman entered my home w/out tools and did a very superficial diagnosis. demanded a "service fee" that was undisclosed before then and was not part of the repair cost. no meter was used to identify the broken component and he proposed replacing two expensive items one of which, it turned out, was not broken.
