NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! The workers are incompetent, the owner only cares about your money, they take forever to return your computer (a few weeks for me and a friend of mines), and a week after I got it back my computer came up with the same problem! When I returned and politely told them that my computer was still experiencing the same issues they rudely and uncaringly told me to either pay the full repair fee of $80 (plus tax) or get out. HOW RUDE IS THAT!? Many of the people that I know that get their computers repaired there have horrible experiences with them. SERIOUS WARNING!: DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER TO THIS PLACE, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!

Had some viruses on my computer and my computer was runnign soooo slow. Brought the damn thing to Jon at the downtown store and it was fixed in a day and a half. They charge a flat rate of $79. I've been to BestBuy's GeekSquad and SuperGeeks and they take a considerable amount of time longer and charge much much higher than these geeks. I've sent two of my coworkers to them and they had good experiences too. Thumbs up!

Good service. They charge $70 flat fee for repairs, pretty much half the price of the other companies on the island. I've used GeekSquad and SuperGeeks before for my other desktop and laptop and they charged between $105 to $150 just for the labor. No point paying more for the same service. They also had a little bit quicker turnaround also.
