Dr. Christopher Jordan, a Fellowship-Trained Cornea and Refractive Surgery Specialist, practices in our Scranton, Honesdale and Carbondale offices. He follows in the footsteps of his father, Jerome W. Jordan, M.D, and his grandfather, James S. Jordan, M.D., as a third-generation ophthalmologist practicing in Northeastern Pennsylvania. A graduate of the University of Scranton, Dr. Jordan received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA. He completed his Ophthalmology Residency at the Drexel University College of Medicine also in Philadelphia, PA. From there, he spent 15 months in an intensive Cornea and Refractive Surgery Fellowship with Corneal Consultants of Indiana and Price Vision Group, Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Jordan is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology. He specializes in cornea and refractive surgery as well as general ophthalmology, including the treatment of cataracts and glaucoma.
