My experience with Honea Path town hall is very bad , I have never lived in a town that 6 days after your water bill is due they disconnect your water , I just bought land and put a mobile home here in may , I live off of a very small disability check and I receive it every third Wednesday of the month so that means if it's not here at least by the 20th I have to pay an extra 65.00 per month to keep my water on of which I do not have that extra so I'm putting my place up for sale and try to find a friendlier more understanding town to buy and reside in .
