Horrible customer service. called to ask why I was charged 2 1/2 times more than I was quoted to come out. Still not fixed. got hung up on twice- NEVER USE this company.

I made an apt and was given a 2 hour window. After 1 hour and 45 minutes into the estimated arrival time i was notified via telephone by the service man he would be there in 15 mins. I told him i would be back home after I grabbed my child from school, which meant he would wait for 15 mins. He said fine, i recieved a phone call from dispatch that i was going to have to pay an additional fee for the 15 minutes. She stated overtime starts at 3pm. If he was going to arrive at 3pm and wait 15 minutes I would not have a problem paying for the 15 minutes on the clock, but an additional fee is ridiculous. I politely informed the dispatch that i would find someone else. Its a shame because I've used them in the past and the plumber was very thorough, polite, clean and his estimate was right on with the final invoice.

Customer service is exceptional. The workers are prompt, courteous and always professional. I've used this company over the past three years for two properties. Highly recommended.
