I'm living in this apartment complex and I have recently notice that there is mildew,mold,and bugs.I have reported the issue to my landlord and she thought by giving carpert cleaining will work and when it reappeared the 2nd time she cleaned the carpet and the mildew is still present.I know live here because I have a 2yr daughter that has asthma and by research mildew can effect the respiratory system.This is no way to live.
