Provided by YP.comTerrible service! We agreed on having them work on the hinge of my fence. I sent them photos & they agrred on a price of $200. The night before the work, I called them to confirm our morning appointment & they said they were sorry but they could not go out to do such a small job. They did not even have the decency to call ahead cancel & give me the name of someone else who can help. All they said was they did not have time to do it. I would give a rating of 0 stars if it were avilable. Do not trust there web page wich mentions free estimate.
We apologized about not being able to do this repair. The request for this job was a replacement of one pole and the call was placed the day before the expected job. We were very busy at the time and attempted to help him because he had stated that no other company would go out for a job this small. Unfortunately, he called us before we had a chance to call him, and we told him we were unable to squeeze him into our day and said we would try to fit him in the following day. He was very upset, which we believe was due to the fact that he could not get a company to his property to fix just one pole. We feel badly that we were unable to complete this job for him.

After talking to a half dozen fence contractors, Fence Solutions stood out as one that was competently managed, had the best prices, and had a very responsive front office. I hired them, and their work was excellent and on time. They didn't bother me and just did the job. There was a glitch with one gate, but they came out and strengthened the post at their own expense. They kept me informed about what was going on. I am really impressed with the company.
