The crew did a great job as far as the painting the whole house and boards that we wanted to have replaced. A coupe of small jobs were done before the two bigger ons. It seemed at the time that they were very professional.
The very last day on site that’s when things went bad.
There was a extra large screen that had gotten torn and the patio glass window had the same scrap marks in it just like the screen.
If that’s not bad enough there are some overhead lighting above our deck hanging from a Guide wire.

The contractor that owns the company had told me that the lights or in their way and needed to take them down. Before the job had started that was one of the things we talked about one of the painters on site had told me there was not an issue don’t worry about it. The second day to finish up the rest of the painting they brought another helper on site.
I do not believe that he disconnected the lights properly what he had done from the damage of the screen and glass door is the same area where the wire had snapped and when they decided to put the lights back up they couldn’t really figure out the correct method and how to do it so they just willy-nilly it.
Bottom line is 3/4 of the money or paid to the owner of the company the remaining money is being withheld until the repairs are made on the damages which the owner is upset with saying she did not make money she lost money on the job.
I cannot help that the owner did not do the estimate correctly that’s not my fault however I will say the crew they had here before the last day did an excellent job for the board replacement and painting of the house.
