Poor customer service no communication with customers been over 2 1/2 weeks to diag a power washer i called 2 times and both time i was told we are going to look at it tomorrow.well its be 3 days since i called and not a word from them

terrible customer service bad business practice



If you are going to do business with them, make sure you tell them to get authorization for any charges first and get it in writing! I was expecting them to call me with an estimate first before doing anything, but they didn't.



Here's a scenario: you bring in a mower to get the self propelled transmission fixed, your blade is coming off when starting, you want the oil changed, and a new air filter.



Three weeks go by and you get a call. They have done a carb kit, spark plug, oil and gas. $57 and change for this. They tell you they haven't looked at the self propelled portion yet, and that it would be another $100 + to just fix the blade coming undone. It would be another 2 hours labor @ $74/hr + parts for the transmission for the self propelled portion.



In other words, I could go buy a new mower for less, which I would have

I needed to purchase a snowblower given the winter we had last year. I didn't want to be caught again with no help and I didn't want to depend on anyone. When I looked at the snowblowers, I found them to be intimidating, but when Pete came along, one of their sales reps, he answered all the questions and really took his time explaining all the bells and whistles to me and my daughter. We were each buying one. We had a million... ok.. a million and one questions for him. He really was quite patient with us. Wonderful man! Then we got to meet the owners, Steve and Ron. What a pair of nice guys. Very outgoing and friendly. Not only do they know their stuff, we had a great time talking with them. I will not hesitate to do business with Taft again and you shouldn't either.
