These people sold me a part, took the part back, failed to find a replacement part and refuse to refund my money. They even kept the $50 core charge when I have received no part for them to even levy a core charge against.

I paid them $420,05 for a part, they kept the part and the money. Stay away from!

On Oct. 6, 2016 I ordered a salvage part from this business. I paid them $420.05 for the part. It turned out that I ordered the wrong part. They said they did not have the right part but could find it but it might take them a couple of days. Eight days later I called them and they said it would be delivered in a couple of days. Every time I or my repairman called them over the next two weeks they said the same thing. Finally I located the part at another salvage yard so I called them and requested my money back. They said they had "labor" invested in pulling the original part for me and would on refund half of the money I paid them. I filed a complaint against them with the Attorney General's office.

These people have held my money for almost three weeks promising me every day that the part I ordered would come the next day. Now when I want my money back so I can get it elsewhere they are refusing to refund all of my money. I will not do business with them again.

After three weeks they called me and told me that the part they ordered was the wrong part and they are willing to refund HALF the $420.00 I paid them. I filed a complaint against them with the Attorney General's office.

Everytime there is something wrong with my car I bring it to Bill. They have owned this business for quite some time now. My parents use them and I use them. Never would go anywhere else. If you want the problem fixed for cheap, and you will never have to come back unless you have another problem, try them sometime you will never complain.
