The "Manager" is a drunk and you never know what mood you'll catch her in. She is verbally abusive to disabled tenants and has been known to not only yell at them, but to berate them. The Manager is an unprofessional drunk. You need to record your conversations with her because she lies. The apartments themselves are decent and quiet. However, don't be fooled by the amenities that are listed...there isn't a clubhouse or fitness center, nor is there a computer room. There is a "community room", but you have to fill out forms to be able to use it (yes, even as a tenant). If the company would change the manager, I'd give it 4* (stars).

Overall it's a great place to live. Peaceful and safe, clean,And everyone is friendly. The only issue is it's behind the Holt Shopping center (Buddies Bart & Grill) and during the summer you can hear the music from their patio party nights. Otherwise is a great place to live. Plus the community park plays music on Thursdays every week during the summer from all generations, from the 40s to current and if you like you're windows I open its very loud and not always the best sound either. Outside of that is central to just about everything, they have activities like bingo euchre, a game room with a pool table and a shuffle board table, monthly birthday parties, and holiday potlucks. A very nice environment and vey nice looking as well plus a security door. And three balcony goes from the living room down to the bedroom instead of the usual only as big as thre living room so there's plenty of room for a bike, patio furniture and lots of plants for those who love them in the spring and summer. Overall its a really great place to live. Only for elderly and/or you disable. Plus the bus stop is right out front, so it's not far to walk. Plus it has concrete floors and walls do it's very quiet and has laundry in the building. They pictures below are of my apartment to give you an idea of what it looks like, pardon the decorations. Oh, it also has a shopping bus (Cata) that picks tenants up once a week and drops them of at Kroger and then Meijer so they can do their shopping and then picks them up and begins them back home for those who don't drive and the elderly.
