I am writing to inform any one that may thinking of using this company to please not do so. They are thieves and unprofessional.



I called this company to repair my business sign and they never showed up. I in turn called several repair companies and only one responded immediately. Moonlite Signs at 954 447 7215 repaired it the following day.



Two weeks later I get a bill from Preferred Signs claiming that they had repaired my sign. I called them back to tell them that it was impossible since it had been repaired already by Moonlite Signs. They claimed that they had come on a Monday (my business is closed on Mondays) and done the work. I requested a signed work order. They claimed that since we were closed on the day they came there was no signed work order. I informed them that I was not paying for a false statement. They waited for the next Monday and removed the part Moonlite Signs had put in. I called the police.



The police feel that I have a very strong case. However, since this is a civil case and I must take them to court.



As I said, if you looking into using this company, please be aware of their unethical behavior. There are other options.
