My body has never looked so great! Hard workouts but definitely worth it

I never thought my dream of being fit could ever become true!! This place is the best the staff is wonderful, they really professionals. You get a great work out and see results!! Im in love with this place!!

I never thought I could get the results I wanted without surgery. At Club KO I lost inches, and increased my stamina and confidence. The staff was great and the trainers really know what they are doing. I have already signed up my oldest son and my daughter.

I know people say it’s all about the rates and prices at most gyms and training facilities, but when I came here it was all about the training. When I stepped foot into this training center the atmosphere was great! The trainers and the coaches encouraged the members and everyone who was working out. Everyone here was working hard, and all had a mind set to accomplish a certain goal. I know if I stay here at this gym, I can accomplish my goal of losing 50lbs by October, and even tone up.

What a terrific training center. Last month my brother told me about this gym that fits my interest which is MMA. I told him that I would check it out. About a day or two later after signing up and training here, I saw a great difference in my performance. My speed improved along with some other key components that are needed for MMA. I love this place. The rates are affordable, and the best part of it is that the trainers here actually trained professionals!!!!!

Talk about a great training center. Club ko, is the best of the best! Normally I am not available in the morning, but I came in on my day off. Even at 8 in the morning the class still allows me to get a great work out at the same pace as i do at night. It’s awesome!! The customer service is extremely friendly, and the trainers are very professional. I enjoy my work outs every time.

Best of the best!!! This facility is cleaner than most and the customer service is helpful and super friendly. I became a member in 2010 and have been at this training center ever since. Its great!

Love it! I have never been to a better training center since I started working out. I came here to learn some self defense, and ended up learning boxing techniques and getting super fit.

I visited this training facility about one month ago and they made me feel so at home. I wasn't pressured to do anything and they were willing to work and negotiate a price plan for me. The place is clean and customer service is great. I rate this gym a 9 out of 10.
