Not a single complaint. Quality, customer service, turn around and design all spectacular. Highly recommend and will use again for future events.

Completely agree. the WORST WORST WORST customer "service"...they have NO idea what that means. The owners take NO responsibility for the TERRIBLE quality of their products, nor do their employees. I have NO idea how they stay in business. DO NOT USE THEM...EVER...if there was a MINUS star, that's what I would give them and will be reporting them to the better business bureau. TERRIBLE company.

Their products are beautiful, but the invitations can not be mailed without being damaged. The company will not stand behind their products. Most of the invitations we sent to our guests were received crushed, cracked or broken into pieces. It has been extremely disappointing to spend so much money and have such a low quality product. They should be ashamed of themselves for not trying to correct this.
