I wish I could give something lower than a one star! These people are so irresponsible and are poor in service. This company will have you waiting over two hours for a tow truck than they say will be to within a hour, and on top of that will not call you to inform you if they have delays. The woman who answers the phone is worst than Stanley who answers the phone. Do not get these people to handle your business, because they cannot fulfill the job! Terrible, terrible, terrible service and if I can write one thousand "terribles" I would. They are inaccurate, deceptive and should not be in business. Heading over to Better Business Bureau now.

My car insurance contracted with them as I was stuck on the side of the road. I was told it would be an hour, no problem. An hour and half goes by , I call the dispatcher at all-ways towing and they said the driver is 5 minutes away. Forty five minutes later , the dispatcher says let me find out what happened. It took 3 and a half hours to be picked up on the side of the road. If your insurance company gives you this companies name to pick up, plead for a different company. They lied every time to me and to the insurance lady who kept trying to help.

Pete is a dirty liar that mislead me thinking thier price was the lowest. Actually threatened to keep the car even though he admitted to not being up front about price.

the manager is rude and the driver are dirty thief my radio and system was stolen in less then a hr i would never recormend this company there money hunger thief the worest experince of my life i rader push my car insteah of them towing it and my bumper was cracked
