So I am currently deployed in the middle east and my wife sends me packages regularly. My wife went to this post office and the man at the front desk complained about her paperwork being wrong and her package was messed up. She went home to fix the deficiencies then came back and the man still said everything was wrong. Next time, do your job and help people out when they look like they need help. You have families from all over come in post offices, just take the time to help them out because you don't know what they are going through.

It's weird to think a post office can suck, but this one actually does. It's very small for such a growing community. On one occasion, I asked the agent if she could reinforce my tape in one iffy spot, and she said she only had tape labeled "Priority," therefore she would only reinforce my tape if I agreed to ship the package as Priority (extra $$$). More recently (about 9 days before Christmas), I really feel like I was again pressured to ship Priority. The agent told me if I absolutely wanted to guarantee Christmas delivery, that's what I should do for 3 different packages. I guess shame on me for believing her, because later I realized they all three would have been fine as standard First Class. Although I do have to admit she was polite while she was convincing me I had to spend $34 instead of $12. As a resident of Holly Springs, I also want to tell you we've had many problems with mail delivery in our neighborhood. It's nothing unusual to receive your neighbor's mail, and I am 100% serious: Recently they returned my child's letter to Santa. Thank goodness I had a chance to intercept it before she saw it! So, I don't know what to tell you. Holly Springs Post Office kind of sucks.

I wish I could give this establishment zero stars! I have been to several post offices and this is by far the worst to an extent that I will be filing a formal compliant about one of their staff members being a racist! I am in customer service myself and I would NEVER discriminate against race or national origins. It was few days before Christmas on 12-20-2014 when me and my brother took packages to ship. It was a pretty packed house being so close to the holidays. There were only TWO staff members. We waited in line and when it was our turn, my brother politely asked the lady if they sold Glue (some post offices do) so he can stick his photographs on the application before sending it out. The lady mocked my brother's accent and almost lost her temper that we asked a question. What a grave mistake! She almost yelled at us looking visibly irritated that we did not have our package 'ready' (and we did, except we asked if they sold glue and that would have taken just 10 secs more to paste it). I have never been treated this way and many people complained on our way out that this particular lady has the same attitude towards non-white people (I am Indian).. I am going to make a formal compliant about this. I love this country and do not want its public office be represented by racists especially in a role that involves customer service (granted this is USPS and one cannot expect a great deal of "service" but I expected basic civility).. Its worth driving to Raleigh, Cary or Morrisville than using this abominable facility.

Bad Customer Service

I have been to several post offices all across the country and this one by far stood out as having the worst service!! No one was standing in the front or paying attention. When one of the employees finally noticed me she gave me attitude the whole time and was just plain rude. At the end of the transaction I wanted to scan the tracking barcode on my phone and she wouldn't let me instead she insisted that the number was on my receipt and I could get the tracking info that way. I told her that there was no barcode and we went back and forth for a while until I felt like she was just wasting my time. By then people were crowding inside and I did not want to make a scene over a barcode. This place is the worst! Don't go there drive to Cary or morrisville where at least the employees treat you with respect.
