FLOOR TILE AND GROUT RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION We use our proprietary line of professional products to clean and restore floor tile and grout to like new condition. Cleaned grout can then be preserved and/or restored with our Clear Sealer, Color Sealer or our exclusive Restoration Sealer. Our Clear and Color Sealers are guaranteed for one year and our exclusive Restoration Sealer is guaranteed for ten years. FLOOR TILE AND GROUT REPAIR Experiencing cracked or damaged floor tile and grout? We can repair or replace any damage you’re encountering. Joints and angles designed to allow for naturally-occurring expansion and contraction are repaired with acrylic grouts to allow maximum flexibility for movement without cracking. FLOOR TILE RE-BONDING This is a repair procedure that re-secures loose and hollow tiles to the subfloor. We inject our proprietary tile adhesive through holes in the grout to fill gaps and voids between the tile and subfloor, bonding loose tile to the subfloor. When dry, the damaged grout work is matched for color and repaired. SHOWER REPAIR AND RESTORATION Our shower repair and restoration services include cleaning, grout repair, grout sealing, color restoration, color-matched caulking or complete grout removal and replacement. Our technicians offer expert evaluations and will only recommend the work needed to properly repair or restore it back to its original condition GRANITE AND NATURAL STONE SEALING We offer professional quality cleaning, restoration, sealing, and repair work on granite, marble, and natural stone floors and countertops. COLOR-MATCHED CAULKING Need to replace worn caulking? We’ll remove old caulk and professionally install new color-matched caulking to seal joints and seam in showers, bathtubs vanities, sinks, and countertops. Our high-quality siliconized acrylic caulks resist mold and mildew to provide years of protection.
