Someone dropped my laptop so I was debating on whether to repair or replace. I received the repair estimate which was far less than a comparable replacement. If you need your iphone fixed as soon as possible this is the place to go. I got my phone fixed in 10 minutes seeing they were not busy. I have been other times and there was a wait, they stay busy but they do good work. Another plus is they only use original apple screens they don't use fake cheap screens when replacing a broken iPhone screen.

I appreciate the detail work they do! Asap has been maintaining my desktop, laptops and lenovo tablets for years.

I first learned of asap computer when I posted something on a facebook page called ladies of holly springs that I was looking a good computer company. I had 20+ ladies tell me to go to asap, that they had great experinece's. I took them my beaten up laptop that was struggling to stay alive! I really wanted them to save it because it was such a good laptop and I had managed to get through college with it. The screen was about to fall out, certain keys wouldn't work on the keyboard and it was so slow! The guy that helped me when I walked in was very friendly and explained to me in detail what I needed to get it fixed. He ordered the parts and told me they would be in within a few days. That was on Tuesday, Friday I received a call telling me my parts were in. I brought it in to them the following Monday morning. They installed my new parts and did a virus removal. My laptop has never operated this good, even better than the day I bought it. Forgot to mention they discounted everything since I needed many issues resolved. So if you have many things to address with your laptop ask and they may discount it for you as well. If the company reads this, thank you for getting everything I needed done so fast! Single mother of two really appreciates it!

Quick, professional, budget friendly service is what I received today!

Was referred to asap by a friend and will refer to anyone looking a computer genius. Called them today at 10am and they had someone at my home by 11am. Issue I was having was the laptop was so slow and would take minutes to load a web page. My kids like to click on everything, and I do mean everything. Im going to have to monitor them more and see what websites their visiting. Laptop is opening pages much faster now and no more pop up ads!

Had them replace the keyboard on my laptop and remove some viruses. Good work

I picked up a nasty virus and it compromised my pc. They we're able to get it operating back to normal in a few hours. Happy camper!
