Why the yellow pages list the Village of Holly police department with the village fire department one has to wonder?
I think it's because this little village has one of the worst police departments I've ever seen as far as the day shift police goes and most likely tons of people who live here would give a negative rating for them.
In less than ten years this Village had TWO chief of police resign and a new one came on here recently.
