Professional Grooming is performed in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere for your pet.  I work with your pet by hand from start to finish.  Full grooms are done according to client wishes including:  hand stripping, puppy cuts, breed standards, fun clips and cuts, cat baths and lion cuts.  Every groom includes nails clipped and ears cleaned.  

Pets are kept at Serena's Groom Room for the least amount of time possible to reduce stress, typically two to three hours.  You can be assured the Groom Room is always spotless to protect the health and comfort of your pet.  Clients are required to provide a record of current vaccinations. 

Serena's Groom Room has a large selections of shampoos, including soap-free and detergent-free, to best suit your pet's needs.
