They promise shipping same same business day if ordered by 3p. I placed an order on a Sunday (so I'd expect it Thurs or Fri shipped via any ground method). 4 days later on a Thursday they tell me that they needed to Google my address before they can send out my product. They claim they tried to get ahold of me but didn't. After I reached out to them to find out what was going on they finally agreed to ship my order but again with the same shipping method (so it's really going to take more than twice as long as it would have needed to ship). Unacceptable service.
