I've purchased many homes in my life, and have offered on plenty more. I am demanding (in a nice way), a negotiator and annoyingly detail-oriented. These traits serve me in business, but I doubt they make me a realtor's favorite client.



I have worked with countless real estate agents and brokers, and most have been satisfactory at best. I expect no-fluff honesty, a true opinion (don't kiss up to me), and vast experience, from which real estate wisdom has been gleaned and applied (years under the belt is not enough). If you don't have the answer, I expect you to say so, and then find it.



Renee is all of this and surprisingly more. In our first home tour, she asked unusual questions and watched me as I wandered. She was getting to know my reactions, my objectives, what I wanted, what I needed; identifying my "home" traits of which even I wasn't aware (sometimes a home may have everything on your list but it doesn't feel right. OR it has nothing on your list, but it just feels good).



She was getting to the heart of that. She's the first intuitive broker I've run across.



She's a natural behind the scenes, too. She knows the lenders, the other agents, the marketplace, the contracts, the hidden agendas, the game; and she'll explain to make sure you understand at every step. She is creative and thinks ahead, showing scenarios with varying strategies - downs, multiple purchases for investments, etc. She stays ahead of you.



She has the patience of a saint. She will guide and teach, but you are the boss. She won't sit back waiting for you to choose from an automated list of everything out there (you can pull these online); but instead will weed through it all for you, finding and sending you only the relevant homes, plus discovering that unknown gem before it hits.



Yes, I will buy and sell every home through her from now on, and will make sure everyone I know uses her too.



It's a no brainer. You wouldn't go to just any doctor, would you? Your home, whether as your residence or a rental investment, is a huge asset, and you must take great care. Renee is the real estate specialist extraordinaire.
