I bought a 2002 Ford Sport Trac Explorer, I took it back within 2 weeks because the breaks were squeaking, I was told they adjusted the breaks and that they were fine, I believed them even though the breaks still squeaked I confided in Them........ I was almost seriously killed somebody that was on a bike due to failed breaks I feel Horrible I can't even describe how I feel.They save a few bucks for not fixing my breaks and I almost took a life, I had my own front and back breaks put on, No matter how much I apologized to the person on the bike, he thinks the worst of me. I can not recomend a dealer who wouldn't care enough t fix my breaks.
