I have been nothing but absolutely impressed with this facility and the caring and patient staff. I have utilized the phone nurse multiple times as well as the on-call dr after hours. Both have been very helpful. I have had concerns about my child that needed attention and they were able to see my daughter for an appointment very quickly. I have never had one concern about this facility and recommend them to everyone.

My son is now 16 and drives. He still however, goes to Holland Peds. I love the attention and care I am given. I have gone to Holland Ped's many times and Everyone is Caring and Friendly. My daughter is now an adult and I continue to take my son to HPA. They do lab visit with nurses which I love. They do Flu clinic in winter which is wonderful, they even had some when there was a shortage. I see the Nurse Practioners Carritta and Jaci as well As Dr. Davis and Dr. Green. I am sorry the previous person had a bad experience but I can say I enjoy the care and detail I am given when in the office and felt I needed to write.

I just started taking my kids to this office after a move. I called for an appointment and got in farely quickly. A lot quicker than expected. Most doctors wouldn't see my son who was having some issues for those issues because they hadn't seen him for a well child checkup. Dr. Shook took him and our insurance and did a very thorough well child check up as well as addressing the issues we came in for. I also had no problem getting my other two kids in to see him. If you are looking for a Dr. who covers it all and doesn't beat around the bush then you should take your kids to see Dr. Shook. I thought the staff was very helpful and considerate. I very much like this office and I don't trust easily.

Our family has been with this practice for a very long time and when I say family I mean my sister who is now 28, my brother who is 18, my son who is 13 and my younger daughters. Seen there since they were infants. It's sad to say, the way the economy is you would think that they could be alittle understanding when it comes to scheduling for working parents. BUT they're not. All in all they are NOT very friendly. Dr Dykema is good and of course Jackie. I hope their new phone system works because the other one had me waiting so long I hung up and took my daughter to the ER.
