I brought my vehicle in to Big Ray's for a coolant flush. The guy there told me he didn't know how to do the job but his boss was coming in and knew how to do it. He called his boss and was told that he would be walked through the procedure over the phone. I was instructed to start the car. I got out to see how things were going and found that he hooked up the drain but didn't hook up the filler for the coolant flush procedure. My engine was running with little to no coolant at this point so I turned off the car. I watched as he refilled the radiator which is not a flush. The owner / boss showed up at this point and instructed guy that the procedure was done. Coolant leaked all over my vehicle. He topped it off but didn't bleed the air out of the system properly. I know this because I had to do this job myself to get the system to function properly. He also told me to replace my fuel filter and thermostat which were both fine. I was charged $75 for trouble. I need a refund.

Their customer service when confronted with a complaint or job not done right is a dissatisfaction. Not recommendable.
