What a great experience... We had a new toilet... sink cabinet....and new shower and rub fixtures... Reasonable rates and awesome service...

6mos.!!still hasn't shown up to address propane leak in a unit he installed

I had a serious leak from toilet and called several local plumbers; Jim returned my call quickly to tell me his rates and came to my house the same day to do the repair. He was friendly and courteous and his hourly rate is comparable to the other services I had called. The only reason I give him 4 stars instead if 5 is that his prices for replacement parts for our toilet are significantly marked up from their retail costs (double to triple), but that's not terribly unexpected as you pay for the convenience of him having what you need with him when he comes to your house.

Great guy and the workmanship of a skilled tradesman

Less than impressed. I called about a burst pipe and he said he would come by the next day. The next day, the phone rang whileI I was in the bathroom, but no message was left. Less than five minutes later I called back only to be told that the person was going on a different call. I asked when he'd be by and was told I'd be next. He never showed nor did he bother to call me to set something up. Unfortunately, this is what you get when you choose blindly from the Internet.

I realized @ 5:30 AM that I had a leaky hot water heater and no hot water. After analyzing local adds, yellow pages, etc I saw Jim's website after a google search. Spoke with him for the first time ever @ 07;45 AM, He came over to analyze the problem in between other jobs, had a very well trained and eager intern there @ 10:30, and Jim returned @ 1:00 with the exact propane water heater to replace my old one. By 2:20the job was done, by 4:15 I had hot water. I will never use anyone other than Jim ever again. A real blessing to find him!

Please, please, please. If you ever have any kind of heating problem, call Jim first.



I called another plumbing and heating service when the pilot light on my boiler wouldn't fire, and they said I needed to replace 4 different parts, without ever asking me what kinds of troubleshooting I'd done.



When I called Jim for a second opinion, he spent a solid 10 minutes with me on the phone going over all the things I'd already tried, just in case I didn't need a plumber after all. Then he came over on a Saturday, clicked two wires together, and fixed my boiler for less than a tenth of the price of what the other guy quoted. Then he called a local plumbing supply shop and got me a great price on a new thermostat.



I will never, ever, ever call anyone other than Jim again. Learned my lesson!

We called Jim on December 23rd to replace our kitchen faucet. It was a Sunday and he was there the same day. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He replaced our faucet within an hour and the price was reasonable. We will use Jim again and recommend his services to others.

I called Jim at 3:30 on the Friday before Labor Day weekend, with a toilet that was leaking into the celler, he came and fixed my problem and was done before 5:00. EXCELLENT Service! A few months later, my shower was acting all wonky, I called Jim again, same day service again. He is an excellent plumber, great prices, fantastic service! He also installed a new well filter for me, replaced the main line valve, fixed my sink......I recommend him to everyone! Professional service, on time, fast, and friendly.

Plumbing has earned my well deserved praise. He and his team are effeciant, knowledgeble in finding the problem, and correcting it, It's assuring to have a plumber such as he that I can rely on when needed. They both were very pleasant witha great sense of humor and I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to my friends. Thanks Jim for your great work. mikeyzzz

Do not use Jim's. I was told by Jim that I needed to replace my broken Central Air system and it was gonna be hard to get any warranty parts out of the company. My system was ony 5 years old and when I had an authorized repair guy come out all parts were under warranty. Jim claimed it was gonna cost me over $2000 for a new system when I had it fixed the next day for under $500 in total labor. He went on to charge me $250 for about an hours worth of diagnostics.
