The only thing I can say is GET IT IN WRITING! After speaking with the owner, Ron, twice about my labels specs and details he confirmed the pricing during both conversations. Even after his inability to work with my logo's photoshop formatting, I outsourced someone to vectorize my logo per his request. I submitted all art work, fonts, layout etc. in the proper scale and formatting. When it was time to place my order the price was DOUBLED! He stated "The label is extremely more complex than when originally quoted. The art department has spent a lot of time on this part of the project." Really? Thats funny because they didnt have to change a thing that I submitted... I stand corrected, they did change the word "in" to "on" for me in one of the sentences. I can't speak to the quality of their product since I did not place my order but I can say that they have poor business practices.
