Woke up one morning and the house was freezing. Needed someone to come out to get the furnace checked as it was apx. 8 degrees outside. Called them early in the morning (before 7:30am) and received an immediate call back. Explained what was happening and they said they would be there that morning. Mark came to the house and completed an inspection, noting that the issue was a clogged condensation drain line. Repairs were quickly completed and the charge for service call/maintenance was so reasonable – I took my wife out to dinner. Thanks guys!

After trying a few HVAC companies, I contacted Integrity. They were the first company to show up on time and were able to fix my furnace! Reasonalbly priced and professional, I will definately recommend them to everyone!

I had a problem with my furnace kicking on and off, in a very short period of time. They told me that all I needed was a cleaning, to the tune of about $89.

The young gent showed-up at the expected time, cleaned the furnace, and all has been good for about a week now. The problem would be evident by the 2nd or 3rd start of the furnace. My furnace is working great.

He said that he cleaned the "flame sensor", along with the rest of the furnace. But,... he could have sold me a new "flame sensor", and I would not have known the difference.

Honesty goes a long way, when it comes to customer service. I told my friend about them, and he is going to call them to get his furnace cleaned.



The young fellow that serviced my furnace, was clean cut, professional, and cordial.
