not good with kids-avoid

My son used to go here for 3 yrs and get cuts from Kuna, she was great. she left and since then we have had 4 different stylists each was worse than the last. they are NOT good at working with kids (son is 5 yo) . today was the last straw. rude employee on the phone wouldn't even take an appt claiming they NEVER take them. well, I have never gone there without an appt so she was wrong and standoffish about it. I will be taking my kids elsewhere from now on.
