Took my dog in to get shaved, they did a horrible job. She looked like a bobble head. Her hair on her head was all choppy and not gradual at all. And my dog stands as still as a statue when getting groomed. Also, meanwhile my kids and I enjoying shopping for new dog toys and the highly strung uptight manager kept following us around grunting, groaning and sighing everytime my kids touched something, taking things from them and putting them back on the shelf, even with me standing there!! I saw him sighing and shaking his head when he found a ball in the wrong ball basket and that was NOT my kids doing. I will not ever go there again, not for grooming, not for products.
