We had our septic tank pumped in March,they cracked the lid and Larry was RUDE!!!!when he got over here he never mentioned that the lid need replaced...ok now it is June I watched with my own eyes that a part of the lid broke off...he got out and got a brick form our yard and stuck it in where the piece broke off..I talked to him this being the JERK he is he remembered what he done..well I started to say something to him and he hung up on me I called right back said he lost connection He said as
Long I was screaming at him he would not talk to me....I was not screaming at just trying to find out what they were gonna do about it...he ask me if I wanted him to come repump it. I said yes. Then he said well it will be another 275.00 I said oh no..he hung up on me again today is June 28th 2018...then I read all these reviewers and they are horrible...the worst rating I have ever seen where they have been sued so much.....PEOPLE if you want a septic tank or other problems they will not stand behind their work.....they are the ones that cracked it and tried to blame it in 2or3 other things...can't keep his story straight.....next better business bureau. And court...sick of these SCUMS....

The owners john and sue are crooks we have filled a law suit for damages from a rental property 1180 hiram sudie rd that they rent out they have a huge tree that we asked them to remove so it would not fall on our house they declined 6 months later tree fell on our bedroom sue who is one of the owners lied to her insurance company to keep them from doing whats right which is paying for the damages the tree has done to our house and personal belongings will be in civil court to show them they cant scam there way through life with there crooked old selves

We used Hambys to do over $8000 of septic work that the sellers of the house we purchased left for us to fix. We filed suit and John from Hambys made it almost impossible for us to get them to show up in court to explain the justification for the word performed. They went as far and telling our attorney they subcontract work out but our receipts show that we paid Hambys. The only person Hambys sent to court was they clerical clerk not Jason the foreman on the job.

The owner went as far as telling me over the phone when we had issues regarding the grading and seals that were replaced on 4 toilets to the tune of $850 that he didn’t work on Saturday’s or weekends and he didn’t appreciate having to call me on the weekend. My response was “you own a business you work 24/7 , I own a business too).
Keep in mind we spent over 8K with them. This company is completely unethical and joke to deal with.

Don't waste your time with this company. I set a appointment no show no call. I called the receptionist twice just to follow up, they assure me some one will be coming. I will never do business with people who lie. BAD BUSINESS.

Don't bother with this company. After leaving 3 messages I finally got a real person. They don't provide emergency services and will not call you back. I called Skyline and they came out the same day and was wonderful. Hamby obviously does not need homeowners business.

The first experience I had with Hamby's two and a half years ago was great! I recently needed more work done so I figured I would go with them again since they were excellent in the past. It has now been one full month of me calling them every two days trying to get someone to come to my house and give me an estimate. Every time I call they say they will have a guy call me back to schedule when they can come by. They even put me on the schedule one time and someone was supposed to come out at 2pm and never showed up. When I called back the manager was in a meeting but wouldn't be long and she would call me back. It has now been a week and a half since then and still no call from her...long meeting. Needless to say, I am not going to beg someone when I am the one giving them money. I will and have found a different septic service company that I will deal with from here on out.

Excellent company. Very courteous, on time, price was right and get customer service skills. Third time we have used their service.
