If you need a trustworthy and dependable business to work on your vehicle, you found the right place. Freds Auto Service is a family owned and operated business. Which you can tell when you go in the office (great people). From the time you go in the door, they are ready to help you get your vehicle back on the road. They will not try to fix everything that is not broken... They are going to fix your vehicle to get you back on the road quickly and their prices are very fair. The mechanic's there are top notch. They discussed my options and answered all my questions. I have been a customer of Freds since 2003 and will continue. I have teenage boys getting ready to drive, and I have Fred's staff making sure there trucks are safe and dependable...

While visiting my daughter had problems with my 2001 Ford truck. She recommended I take it to Fred's and she was right. Friendly people, top quality work, fair price. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give them a 10!

I once broke down in West Point, GA and paid to have my car towed to Fred's in Hiram, GA. I was willing to pay more than $300 in towing fees just to have my car towed to Fred's. I didn't want anyone else working on my car. The problem with my car was the timing belt, which usually causes a great deal of damage to the engine. Fred was able to repair my car. In fact, he has always taken care of all of my vehicles. I believe that he has a great deal to do with the fact that I am driving a 2002 automobile with 212,000 miles. He is fair and competent. I highly recommend him without reservation.

Well since that last comment was so mature, I can vouch for Fred and say that my family and I have been coming here for years and never had any problem. He and his staff have always been more than willing to help me. Anyone who knows anything about cars should know that replacing one element can also cause another one to go bad. This doesn't mean that it's Freds fault. I will continue to use Freds and recommend them to my family and friends. Hope to see you there!!! :)

I think that Fred's Auto was very nice and family orientated. I called Mr. Fred in regard to a problem I had with my car from another situation. Mr. Fred was not only understanding but helpful as well. I had a very pleasant experience and I will be going back for other services in the future.

Fred's is a great family biz. Tecs & office help are so knowledgeable & friendly. I have elderly parents & a teenager, if they ever needed anything i would trust Fred & his staff to handle it!!! If you're not happy at Fred's Auto ... then maybe you're not capable!!! They are GREAT!

Nice people but horrible quality of work. Spent thousands of dollars on work and have had to return the vehicle multiple times for serious repairs on previously performed work. The shop was not in a hurry to return vehicle either. All three times the vihicle was in the shop it was never returned when promised. In fact the vehicle was kept up to weeks past when I was originally told I would have it back.
