I had a good experience on my visit I broke my foot at work was seen the next day there process was quick staff was friendly and helpful my only problem was I need specific forms but pretty basic forms filled out by them that day and they said it would take 2 days called to have them faxed that person said would take 5 days I left on vacation came back and they still haven't filled out the forms wouldn't really care but I can't get paid without them but that is my only criticism

Brought daughter in for broken great toe. Was told would get a call in the morning to make an appointment. Finally get a call in the afternoon and low and behold they had no appointments left that day, and it was Friday. Had to wait till Monday to be seen. Waited in the room for a while for them to come in and say it was a clean break and to keep it elevated and a walking boot would help. Now month later I am getting a bill and being charged over $500 for surgery. Called to question and was told no I was being charged for treatment of the fracture. "Treatment"? They did nothing. They were walking out of the room and I asked if it needed to be wrapped. They said that might help, handed me the tape and walked out of the room.

There not informed and stuck in old school medicine they did not know what the Mri tech interpretation meant and contradiction to an x ray is more information than an MRI . And when I came back on second visit they knew what the word chondroid tumor meant prior visit they said a chondroid what
