Horrible people skills, customer service and service. Sold me a defective product and have been dealing with the owner for a month now just trying to get a replacement or my money back. Very rude and has no integrity.

My first hand experience with this small business entrepreneurship was excellent. There ability to service the publics needs with Computer Repair is marvelous. I do understand the slogan "Repairing the World, One Computer at a Time" better now. There heart is really into the business and thats a real plus. Very good rating for this business is exceptional.

One of the greatest small business concepts in America that truely understand how entrepreneurship really work. Very respected expectations within the small business community. The service was exceptional, I will return to there facility and web site.
