They were able to keep my blonde Bob cut exactly like I wanted. As a 40ish Karen, I have to do everything I can to help with my lazy lifestyle and long hair is just too much work. I think my Bob cut makes me look thinner too!
They were willing to drop everything to accomodate my wants and needs. Thanks!

I will NEVER EVER go to roffler hair salon again. I've read other posts that people say it just depends on the stylist, I believe that is so untrue. So far my family and I have experimented with 3 diff stylists. What you ask for, you don't get and then they tell you I didn't understand what you meant until AFTER they have done so much drastic damage you have to go with their idea or my favorite they keep you turned around where you don't see the mirror until they are finished cutting and they turn you around and the entire right side of your hair is 3 inches shorter than your left and the stylist is happy with their work. NOT HAPPY!!!!
By the way if your going to keep your clients facing away from mirror at least clean your salon. As i sat there unknowingly getting my hair butchered I glanced around and couldn't help but notice all the ceiling fans with caked on dust and dirt, the many layers of dust on the display shelves, and since I was sitting at the station right next too the waiting area I had the unfortunate ability to see all the hair, dirt, dust bunnies, and misc. items that was caked behind the furniture and under it.

This place does NOT even deserve the 1 star I was forced to give it!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely dissatisfied! I begged for someone who was good with long and thick hair. I am so apprehensive about letting anyone cut my hair, that I needed someone who I could trust to do a good job. The hairstylists didn't put forth any effort or interest in doing my hair at all. The stylist I got was too busy chatting with her friends and family (who were hanging around me while I was in her chair) to pay attention to my hair, and then made herself even more inattentive by picking up another client alongside me, that she rushed and chopped off 7 inches of my hair! It was literally chopped straight a crossed, with no layering, and then proceeded to butcher my bangs! I wanted to go back to have them fix it, but was too frightened to do so! I will NEVER go here again. Say no to Roffler and to Sippy!!!!
