This office has been the worst office I have ever dealt with in my life. The eye doctor I actually saw had nerve enough to tell me to get off of my behind and go get a job because I could not afford to get glasses and Medicaid only paid for my eye exam so when I expressed how was I going to get my glasses because I have an extremely strong prescription I was treated very poorly and in doing so I have been trying to get help with the Lions Club at which they have refused to give me my prescription to get help purchasing my glasses because I need them they have had the audacity to refuse to give me my prescription to go through someone else because they want to charge me nearly $400 for my glasses that I cannot afford will never recommend anyto go through these people ever again I'm telling you people these are the snobbiest nastiest people and I also had another eye doctor contact them and they were nasty to her as well I need to get a hold of the Georgia Board and file an official complaint with them if I could rate them no stars I would

Once their sell is final, they do not want o be bothered, so make sure that your frames are perfect when you leave. Mrs. Pittman is not a warm sincere person.

I have been seeing Dr. Pittman since I was in middle school, and he's always been great. However, I have never met more condescending people that actually deal with the patients. After running out of contacts and trying to get my prescription faxed to my current location, I was told it would be an hour. Okay, whatever. However, after an hr and a half passed and the new place still hadn't gotten the fax, I called back. I was put on hold for over 6 minutes and then when someone finally addressed me it was with the most condescending tone. Don't tell me you're handling patients so you don't have time to help me as if I'm not a patient myself. I've never felt so disrespected and honestly I cannot see myself returning.

Had the worst experience of my life with this O.D. He was very uncooperative and extremely rude. I questioned him on buying some glasses from him or shopping around to find the best deal and he blow up at me, just for wanting to save some money. Will never go to him again!
