I've been to Fatou's 8 times and I'm usually satisfied, but this time I'm very disappointed. The front of my hair is beautiful, but the lady that did the back put very large twists in the back. I went back to have them fix it, but it's still looks bad. I just gave up and counted it a loss.

The service is terrible...my edges came out...less braids in the back. look like bricks! They stop to eat like every 2 hrs! I never seen so many hungry people. The price started at 140 for micros and I ended up paying 180. I recommend this lady that fixed my hair..her name is kantreece she has done box braids and mircos for a good price and it was quality....she's in the military so text 912-220-5883

The appointment wasn't even for me........the girl that took the appointment hung up and I had to call back to get the time for my sister's appointment. I agreed on a time and the girl hung up with out apologizing. Fatou needs to go to etiquette school of business because that girl was rude!

This place is horrible I told them I wanted Micro Braids on the phone they told me the price was $140 when I got there and told them I wanted human hair they went up on the price and made it $180 when they started braiding my hair the price was $200 my hair is even all over in length. In the middle of my head they made my parts bigger you can put 5 braids in the place of the one they have. They claim my hair wasn't long enough but that is a lie I had someone fix it for me. They are very rude they joke about people in their face and speak their language so you won't know they are a rip off. I recommend finding someone else when it comes to hair braiding they will cut corners with you too!

I would not refer this place to my worse enemy. Terrible service I had one person working on my hair the WHOLE time . I arrived at 7 a.m. and did not leave till almost 9.p.m. TERRIBLE !

This is a horrible place. I went in for micros and they put two women on my head who were pulling really tight. I told them it was tight also. When it was all done, there were gaps in between the braids. I have had micros done before at a home where though it took 12 hours, at least there were not any gaps in my head. Not recommended.

i didnt even allow them to finish my edges felt like they were bleeding they were really rough and were not polite at all instead of apologizing for how tight my hair was they talked about it in their language and rolled their eyes i would not refer anyone to them

Fatou's braider's do a great job, the only problem i have with them is that they never have a set price. no matter if you get the same thing every time it is a different price, and the wait to get in a chair is forever. I once waited 2 hours to get some braids.
