Provided by SuperpagesOn our most recent trip to Vermont, we came across the "Paisley Hippo" in Hinesburg. With an eclectic menu of delicious and satisfying choices, it's not your run of the mill sandwich shop. We ate in the relaxed, casual, atmosphere (or take-out is available.) The owner, JP, is Culinary Arts Institute trained and it shows. My husband and I would highly recommend it!KCz from NJ
