Hilton High School is a public institution that offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades nine through 12. Located in Hilton, N.Y., the school has an enrollment of more than 1,450 students and offers subjects, such as art, business, English, language arts, math, music, physical and health education, science, social studies, technology, and family and consumer science. Additionally, the institution offers foreign language courses in French and Spanish. The school also offers students participation in a variety of athletic activities, including lacrosse, softball, swimming, indoor track, cheerleading, baseball, basketball, wrestling, cross country and ice hockey.
