We are a full service custom building firm. We can build with your plan, design your home from scratch, or modify your existing plan to suit your needs.

Because we are small, we have a very low operating cost compared to the other custom builders in the Hilton Head/ Bluffton area. This translates to a lower cost per square foot to build your new home. You can save a substantial amount of money on your custom home without compromising on quality.

My name is Mark Hammerle and I am the owner of Pure And Simple Custom Homes. I have been building and renovating homes for thirty years. I have been in the Hilton Head area for the last ten years and have accumulated a long list of satisfied clients.

You will certainly be pleased with our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and, of course, my personal involvement in the daily management of your project. I hold the license, I own the company, and I personally make all the arrangements and do all the supervision of my workers. I am at the jobsite daily to make sure everything is done perfectly. I will be your only point of contact throughout the project; I never assign a “superintendent” to work with my clients. I will also provide you with weekly reports via e-mail complete with progress photos. You won’t find another builder who takes personal attention as seriously as I do.
