I wish I could give this company zero stars!! I have never had to deal with such an incompetent utility company in my entire life. When our cable/internet is out in our town, it takes the technicians on Maui several days to restore it!! and the service goes out frequently too. When I call to find out the when and whys , I hear the same BS each time.."Our technicians are working to restore service, it should be back up shortly"...4 days later and its still out..to me, thats not "shortly"!! Come on OTW...get your act together and start providing good, quality service for once......
