I bought a good used battery from them around the end of April 2011, I was told that

it had a warranty for six months, keep your receipt. After i installed it into my truck, the

battery got weak in about a week, so I rechared it on my charger at six amps until it got to full charge again in several hours. I did this a couple times more in the next

couple weeks, so I got a new battery from sears, and the problem disappeared

completely. Not to forget, I changed the starter, alternator within the past year, had the

charging system checked by sears after that, with no signs of deficient weakness

in any area part. I went to return the used battery to first interstate, with the receipt to

a man named LIONEL, he told me that I can't get credit of any type, didn't offer me another battery, he had the nerve to tell me I should have bought a new battery, then

why sell used batteries at all KNUCKLEHEAD, to the public. And said that I have to

eat my purchase of the used battery, even though I had the receipt with me. The other

employee tested the battery, said that it was weak, at about 400 cranking amps. If

this is the service that I receive from a supposedly good company, I hope that a

higher up from the company has a good talk to LIONEL about his ethics in this

matter.
