Several weeks ago, I contacted Nick at Lanca Sales

for the purpose of getting quotes to load a container

in New Jersey for export.

I had hoped to combine the container with another

company in New Jersey. On several occasions, I

asked for a credit application, and never received.

I also never received the quote that I had requested.

Instead of being honest and simply telling me that there was no interest in doing business with me, I

was just strung along for a few weeks.

I completely messed up my customer as well as

my reputation.

This is certainly no way to do business.

I had received the contact information from one of

their good export customers.
