They will steal your money if given the chance.I ordered 2 items for a total of 1300$. One item came with no email about shipment, so I was surprised when it came. So when I called to get a refund for the item that never showed up, they informed me they had already sent it. So they shipped it to the wrong zip code. So USPS being USPS sent it back and forth between their distribution center and a random post office far away for weeks. Finally it gets sent back to 4k4less who have been fight be now for 30 days on getting refund.The customer service is a joke, they will be nice on the phone and then not do what they say they are going to do or will put you on hold and hang up after awhile. ALSO all of their Merchandise is what is considered "GREY MARKET", that is why it is cheaper than most. Grey market is when you buy name brand items over seas from Chinese or HongKong distributors instead of authorized US distributors. What this does is VOIDS all warranties so you are not protected which is messed up because people expect to have a factory warranty. Still havent gotten a refund, Paypal is investigating to refund me, but stay away. I finally caved and went to B&H photo video, got the item in 3 days with ZERO problems. Thats how you do business.
