Provided by YP.comYes, they can cut hair well BUT be cautious they banged me for $40. The kid gives me a 'shave' with the clippers and charges me $15 extra. The cut is supposed to be $25. They are a barber shop charging salon prices because they figure people in this area can afford it. I will only go there as a last resort. No i did not leave a tip!
