We hired this company for 2 projects, a major pool renovation and a new spa. The pool renovation was a major disaster with multiple leaks in the pool and pvc plumbing. The 2nd project was a new gunite spa. The plumbing has been leaking for over a year and the plaster failed and had to be re-done. The owner would return calls and gave a lot of on-site lip service but never resolved the issues. A true nightmare. Do not hire these people!

Ok, S&R called back the same day, it seems water got under my liner and caused it to lift which is why the liner pulled away from the wall. They will come out in a few days to fix the problem so it never happens again. I like the quick service.

Had S&R install a new liner in my pool a few years ago, opened my pool last year and a portion of the liner was in the water. The liner was not secured properly from the install. I called and they came out within a day and fixed it, with a charge. This year I just opened my pool and again a portion of the liner is in the pool (not the same portion as last year;the other side). I don't know anybody with a liner that has been properly installed with this problem. I just called them and left a message to please come and fix my liner. I am hoping they come back and fix the problem permainently. Will post a follow-up as to their service.

From start to finish, very professional work. All questions answered and finished product exceeded our expectations. Had a 20 X 40 inground pool that needed upgraded from original 1960 platform. Installed salt system, tile, and concrete around the pool. $36K later, well worth it.

I had a great experience with Kevin and his team of workers. From the receptionist who remembers your name to the field workers who knows your pool, all were professional and nice. This was my first time using professional pool cleaners and I was not disappointed thanks to S&R Pool & Spas. I'm looking forward to the 2011 pool opening. Thx S&R you ROCK!!!!

I am extremely pleased with every step of the pool renovation process completed by S&R Pool. The initial appointment with Kevin was very informative, professional and all my questions were answered. The job was completed timely and professionally. The job was completed exactly how Kevin said it would be. Kevins recommendations were all used and my pool is like new and has never been easier to care for. My friends love the upgrades we made. We still use S&R to open close and maintain our pool. This is best swimming pool company I have ever used and I have used many. It is hard to find a reliable service company that you can trust. I am glad I made the call.

Everything was done professionally , timely and it turned out beautiful.I highly recommend S&R for your pool renovation. The inside of the pool looks great and the deck is incredible. Every phone call I made was returned promptly with honest and accurate answers. After the renovation, I continued to use S&R for weekly service and closing. The prices are competitive and the service is fabulous. I would use S&R Pools & Spas again.
