Kathy is amazing! I got a super bad haircut last year. So bad I almost cried, and I don't cry over such silly things, but this was capital H horrible! I went to two different beauticians to have them 'fix' my hair which only made it worse. So I left it for 11 months. I went to Kathy because of the reviews. She made me nervous because so many other people had tried to razor cut my hair and it looked awful, Kathy was patient with me and graciously served me up a huge piece of humble pie. My hair is not the way I want it to be, but that is only because it was ruined before I went to Kathy. For the first time in almost a year I love my hair! Kathy is now mine and my daughter's go-to girl! The salon is beautiful and everyone there is awesome.
