I love going to West Main Urgent Care !!!! They are all very professional along with being very nice. I would advise anyone to go there. They will treat you great and help you !!

The "male" doctor it is his business and he was very nasty about my autistic children and told me too leave after I had requested a room and by ada standards they have to provide one it is the law! they talk about other patients charts in front of people! and my friend had the same horrible experience with her autistic children they told her to make them behave when they were sick and crying because it was taking way to long to be seen! you have to wait for way too long to be turned away because they don't understand anything about autism! Rude, hateful! and just plain evil!

All of the ladies were super nice. The male Dr. Was very rude and accused me of practicing witchcraft because I used a natural anti-inflammatory. He argued with me about it. I was very upset by the time I left.

I don't recommend this place for anyone. They turned us away after driving 17 miles and my son had an eye infection

The male doctor has always done a great job and the lady at the desk is pleasant and nice. Thanks! :)

It's pretty sad when you have a sick child and needs to be seen and you take that child to West Main Urgent Care just for you to be turned away! It wasn't even 730 pm when I took my son in there just for the receptionist to say we are not taking any more patients in a snotty way. She was in there talking and giggling having a good oll time. There was nobody else in that waiting room. The time says 8pm is closing!! Not whenever you're done accepting sick children! You lost a customer as of yesterday! I will take my money somewhere else. My son had to sit in the ER yesterday for hours and got better service there! Very disappointed.
