I had to wait to arrive home to write review as wifi only works in first four rooms rooms from office. 101-104. We were in 108.

We have stayed there the last 4-5 years while working at the Bainbridge Fall Festival of Leaves. It was owned by a couple who lived out of town and managed by her parents. It was comfortable, clean and pleasant. What a difference a year makes! Since last Oct., it was sold. Finding 1 small dead roach and 4 dead spiders on the bathroom floor upon arrival is not welcoming. Neither were the 4 more we killed. We noticed there was no remote in our room so my husband went to office and was told several rooms did not have them as someone had swiped them. The next day the young man who manages the motel replaced the remotes out of his own pocket. Says quite bit about his boss, the owner, doesn't it? We have noticed in the 10 or so places we stay each summer and fall, that when new ownership takes over, it unfortunately changes to bad! We have it figured out but will keep that part to myself.

Good value for the price; clean,comfortable and quiet.
